By accessing or using any product, application, website or service operated by 160418 OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

160418 OÜ develops and operates digital products, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, marketplaces and AI-powered software services. Our services are software tools intended to support organization, productivity, collaboration, mobility and everyday digital workflows. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time to improve or maintain the services.

Some services require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Certain services may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Prices, billing cycles and features are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by purchasing, you also agree to their terms. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Refund requests are reviewed individually according to the nature of the product, subscription and payment. Where a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method. You agree not to use our services to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the services;
• misuse, reverse engineer, or resell the services without authorization;
• engage in fraudulent, abusive, harmful or deceptive activity.

All software, content, trademarks, logos and materials provided through the services are owned by or licensed to 160418 OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to process it as needed to operate the services.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 160418 OÜ products are software tools and do not provide banking, investment, gambling, insurance, legal or medical diagnostic services. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 160418 OÜ and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including statutory warranty rights and, where applicable, the right of withdrawal described in our Refund Policy. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
